We are seeking a creative, responsible, and detail-oriented associate designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a team player, not afraid to take initiative, and passionate about interior design!

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years residential or commercial design experience

• Working vehicle to travel to project sites, vendor showrooms

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Google Slides

• Strong grasp of materials and finishes

• Ability to manage a project with tight construction deadlines

• Ability to communicate concisely with contractors, clients, and vendors in writing and verbally

Responsibilities include:

• Attend preliminary design meetings

• Efficiently produce construction documents

• Communicate with contractors, clients, and vendors with Principal Designer approval

• Specify appropriate materials and finishes for each project's design

• Review shop drawings and submittals

• Analyze clients' needs and properly execute a design

• Outline proposals

• Attend site meetings and perform on-site installations

• Track and manage project inventory
